Theme:
Window to Your World
We’re looking for work that gives everyone a ‘Window to Your World’.
The following genres are welcome:
– Non Fiction Prose – up to 500 words
– Poetry – Up to 30 Lines –
– We are also accepting BLACK AND WHITE visual art and photography connected to the theme.
Guidelines:
- You must reside in Republic of Ireland and are age 18+.
- No AI generated content.
Multi-lingual submissions are also welcome:
- Good Day Cork is a multi-media platform with the aim to change the narrative.
- You can send submissions in your native language with English translation.
- Multilingual Non Fiction Prose – up to 300 words + English translation
- Multilingual Poetry – Up to 30 Lines – with English Translation
Who are we looking for?
- We’re looking for submissions from members of minority communities based on gender identity, ability, cultural background, socio-economic background
- We’re looking for submissions from members of queer community, members of Traveller community, people living with visible/invisible disabilities, BIPOC and other unheard communities.
Payment
- We are unable to pay for submissions currently.
- We can honour your work by offering you two copies of the zine.
